About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Tranom website or ask us to help recover a Roblox account. By sending a recovery request or paying for our service, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

Tranom is operated by Tranom Technologies LLC, a company registered in the United States, with its registered business address at 524 W Riverside Ave, Suite N, Spokane, WA 99201, United States ("Tranom", "we", "us").

What we do

Tranom helps you recover access to a Roblox account through Roblox's official recovery, support and appeals channels. Depending on your case, we review what happened, help you gather proof of ownership, prepare support requests or appeals, and help you secure the account once you're back in. We use AI tools to help with this work, and our agents work alongside them.

With your permission, our case agent T1 and our team follow up with Roblox Support about your open case once a day, using ordinary messages through Roblox's normal support channels, until the case is verified and complete or until Roblox needs something only you can provide. T1 is built by Tranom and runs on third-party processors under contract.

We never sign in to your Roblox account, bypass Roblox's security, or pretend to be you or Roblox staff.

Tranom is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

No guarantee of recovery

Only Roblox can restore an account, lift a ban or change account settings, and Roblox makes its own decisions. We can't guarantee any outcome or how quickly Roblox will respond. What we promise is to do the work we describe carefully and honestly.

Who can use Tranom

  • You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian who fills in the form with you and agrees to these terms for you.
  • You may only ask for help with an account that you own, or that your child owns if you are their parent or guardian.

We may ask for information that shows the account is yours, and we'll refuse or stop any request we believe involves an account that isn't.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate, honest information and tell us if something changes.
  • Never send us your password, 2-Step Verification codes, backup codes or browser cookies. We don't need them.
  • Send requests to Roblox yourself when we ask you to, and share any replies Roblox sends you directly so we can keep your case moving.
  • Follow Roblox's own Terms of Use and Community Standards.

Fees and payment

We charge a one-time fee per case, in US dollars:

  • Standard case: $49. For simpler problems, such as a forgotten password or username.
  • Priority case: $99. For complex cases, such as a hacked account where the email or phone was changed, lost 2-Step Verification with no backup codes, or a ban or moderation appeal.

Sending our recovery form is free. We tell you which plan applies to your case before any paid work starts, and you only pay once you agree. There are no subscriptions, renewals or other fees. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Prices include any taxes we're required to charge unless we say otherwise. Current prices are always shown on our pricing page.

Contacting Roblox Support yourself is free. Our fee pays for our work on your case, not for any access to Roblox, which we don't have.

Cancellations and refunds

  • If you cancel before we start work on your case, we'll refund you in full.
  • Once work has started, fees cover the work we've done and aren't refundable just because Roblox decides not to restore the account.
  • If we can't provide the service we agreed to, we'll refund the part you paid for and didn't receive.

To ask for a refund, email support@tranom.com with "Refund request" in the subject, from the address you used with us, and tell us which case it's for. We reply within one business day, and refunds go back through our payment processor.

Nothing in these terms takes away refund or cancellation rights that consumer law gives you where you live.

Things you must not do

  • Ask for help taking over an account that isn't yours.
  • Give us false information or fake proof of ownership.
  • Use our service to harass, threaten or deceive anyone, including Roblox staff.
  • Send spam or automated requests, or try to break or overload the website.
  • Copy or resell our materials as your own service.

If you do, we can stop working on your case without a refund for work already done, and report fraud where the law requires it.

Our content

The Tranom name, logo, website design, images and text belong to us. Documents we prepare for your case are yours to use for that case. Other trademarks, including Roblox, belong to their owners.

Disclaimers

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Except where the law says otherwise, we don't make other promises about the service, including that the website will always be available or error-free. General information on our website is for guidance and isn't legal advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by Roblox's decisions, by information you gave us that was wrong, or by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim about a case is limited to the fees you paid us for that case.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending our service

You can stop using Tranom at any time. We may stop working on a case if you break these terms, if we believe the account isn't yours, or if continuing would be unlawful. If we stop for a reason that isn't your fault, we'll refund the part of the fee for work we haven't done.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your case is the one in place when you agreed to the price. We'll change the date at the top of this page whenever we update them.
